Official framework governing international procurement and logistics services for Kash Option clients.
01. Operational Scope
Kash Option acts as a Professional Sourcing & Logistics Facilitator. By using our service, you acknowledge:
- We are a third-party bridge and not the manufacturer of sourced goods.
- We hold no local inventory; every item is procured on-demand from global markets.
- Manufacturer warranties are the responsibility of the brand, not Kash Option.
02. Financial Terms
- Quote Validity: Prices fluctuate with global exchange rates. Quotes are strictly valid for 48 hours.
- Procurement: No item is purchased or reserved without 100% full payment.
- Local Payments: We accept MoMo, Bank Transfer, and Cards. Once a supplier is paid, funds are non-refundable.
03. Logistics & Timelines
Timelines are estimates starting from the date the item reaches our international hub:
- Air Cargo: 3 to 5 working days.
- Sea Freight: 6 to 8 weeks.
- Customs: We manage clearing, but clients are responsible for any government revaluation fees mandated by GRA.
04. Finality of Sale
Non-Returnable Policy
Due to the complexity of international logistics and customs clearing, returns to China, USA, or UK are not possible once the item has entered Ghana.
- Exchanges are only considered for Verified Factory Defects reported within 48 hours of receipt.
- Return shipping costs for defect claims are the responsibility of the buyer.
- No Cash Refunds: Sales are final. Credits may be issued for approved claims.
05. Technical Liability
- Auto Parts: Fitment is your responsibility. Misdiagnosis by your mechanic is not a valid claim for exchange.
- Electronics: We are not liable for damage caused by local power surges or incorrect voltage application.
