What is your payment policy?
To secure your items and lock in international logistics rates, full payment (product cost and shipping) is required upfront via MoMo, Bank Transfer, or authorized cards. We do not offer reservations without payment.
Can I pay in GHS for items priced in USD or RMB?
Yes. We provide real-time currency conversion based on the current market rate. This allows you to pay in Ghana Cedis while we settle the international suppliers in their local currency, saving you the stress of looking for forex.
Shipping and logistics
What are your delivery timelines?
Air Cargo: 3 to 5 working days from warehouse receipt.
Sea Freight: 6 to 8 weeks. All shipments are tracked end-to-end for your peace of mind.
How do you handle customs clearing?
Our 99.8% customs success rate ensures a seamless entry into Ghana. All clearing paperwork and initial duties are handled within your provided quote, so there are no hidden fees upon delivery.
What happens if my item is damaged during transit?
Kash Option provides a Secure Transit Guarantee. We inspect items at our global warehouses before shipping. If an item is damaged due to our handling, we facilitate the insurance claim and replacement process immediately.
Returns and Warranties
What is your return policy for international orders?
Due to the complexities and high costs of international cross-border logistics, all sales are final once items leave the origin country (USA, UK, or China). We do not support returns for "change of mind" or sizing errors. We strongly recommend verifying all specifications before payment is finalized.
Do items come with a warranty in Ghana?
Most international manufacturers do not provide global warranty coverage in Ghana. All items are procured "As-Is" from the supplier. While we ensure the item reaches you in its original condition, any internal technical faults or manufacturer defects must be taken up with the brand directly in their home market.
How do you ensure I get exactly what I ordered?
To protect your investment, our agents perform a Visual Integrity Check at our global transit hubs. We verify the product model, color, and physical condition against your order invoice before it is crated for shipping to Ghana. This significantly reduces the risk of receiving incorrect items.
