After You Pay
Once we receive your payment, we purchase your item(s) and assign you a unique order ID (e.g. KO-12345). We'll send this to you on WhatsApp.

When We Ship
When your package leaves our warehouse, we share tracking details (air or sea). You can use our Track Order page to check status anytime.

Delivery to Ghana
We handle customs and local delivery. You'll get updates when your package clears and when it's out for delivery to your address.
